Return & Refund Policy

At MXA Style, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

  • Items must be returned with all tags attached and in the condition you received them.

Items NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Used or damaged products due to customer handling.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page with your Order ID and reason for return.

  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address or arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


3. Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or provided as store credit (based on your preference).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account after confirming details.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.


4. Exchange Policy

  • We offer a one-time exchange for size or color, subject to product availability.

  • To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and required size.


5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you can instead initiate a return after receiving the item.
