1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Items must be returned with all tags attached and in the condition you received them.
Items NOT Eligible for Return:

Items purchased during sale or clearance events.

Customized or personalized items.

Used or damaged products due to customer handling.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact Us page with your Order ID and reason for return.

Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return address or arrange a reverse pickup (if applicable).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method or provided as store credit (based on your preference).

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued to your bank account after confirming details.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval.
4. Exchange Policy

We offer a one-time exchange for size or color, subject to product availability.

To request an exchange, contact us with your order number and required size.
5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible—you can instead initiate a return after receiving the item.
