1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • In case of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery time typically ranges between 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Prepaid options.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation message with tracking details.

  • Tracking may take 24–48 hours to become active.

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with trusted logistics services like:

  • Delhivery

  • Bluedart

  • Ekart

  • Xpressbees

  • Shiprocket (aggregator)

Delivery partners may vary depending on the shipping location.

5. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, we will attempt to contact you for re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Damages

MXA Style is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or reach out to us via the contact form with proof (images/video) so we can assist you further.
